What is Pioneer Villas?
Pioneer Villas is a new two-story, on-campus residence hall for North Arkansas College students. The residence hall opened its doors in fall of 2022.
What is included in an apartment?
Each apartment is fully furnished with a sofa, coffee table, desk and desk chair, dresser and twin standard size bed. Furnished appliances include an apartment refrigerator, stove and microwave. Wireless internet, water, heat, electricity and trash are all included in the rent price. Cable is not provided but may be individually contracted with a local television provider.
Does Pioneer Villas have parking?
Pioneer Villas has its own parking lot available to residents.
Are meal plans included in the rates?
Currently, meal plans are not available at North Arkansas College. Each apartment includes a fully functioning kitchen along with a range and microwave so that residents may prepare their own meals. Many restaurants (along with ag娱乐官网 Grill) are within walking distance as well.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed, including any visiting pets.
Can I use my financial aid for housing costs?
Yes. Financial aid can be applied to housing costs. For additional questions on financial aid you can call (870) 391-3266.
Are roommates assigned?
Yes. The Pioneer Villas team strives to match roommates based on the information students provide on their applications. Residents also can request specific roommates.
